Bsc.Msc. Doctor of Chiropractic

My discovery of Chiropractic was via my sporting background, as an England Schools Rugby player and national schools hurdler. It was only after working as a Civil Engineer and a Fitness trainer that I decided a career as a Chiropractor would combine all my skills & interests & enable me to assist others with their health care. In 1999 I graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth (U.K).

Through my personal experiences of sports injuries & rehab, it became a natural progression for me to apply these facets of the body's self-healing to offer my patients a therapeutic programme of natural pain relief & recovery from injury in order for them to return to their work, sports & varied lifestyle pursuits. With a career involving practicing in South & West of England, Cape Town (S A) & Hawkes Bay, I have enjoyed helping the many & varied personalities & clinical presentations that have stepped foot into my practice.

Bsc. Doctor of Chiropractic

Hello! My 28 year journey as a Chiropractor started after graduating as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 1996 from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in the UK. A few twists and turns through the years have allowed me to gain experience not only in the UK but also in Cape Town, South Africa and now Hastings, Hawkes Bay. Having worked as a professional dancer prior to training as Chiropractor I have an intimate knowledge of how far bones, joints and muscles can be pushed and the injuries that can occur from extensive training. It was from this point that I introduced myself to Chiropractic care after sustaining a hamstring injury whilst performing in the USA...and I never looked back!!

Thinking back through many years of serving communities with chiropractic care, I feel humbled to have met thousands of patients from all walks of life. From newborn infants to patients in their 90's and families through the generations I have had the privilege of using my manual skills combined with extensive experience, to help them achieve their personal health goals.

ANNA masoN

Strength and Rehabilitation Coach. NASAM Cert PT.

My work in strength and rehabilitation is grounded in practical experience with clients of all ages and abilities, including those returning to movement after pain or injury. I also bring personal insight from my own experience with long-term injury, which has shaped my understanding of rebuilding strength from rock bottom, safe and effective movement and the importance of building confidence alongside physical strength.

I previously taught Thai Boxing, which is where my passion for coaching began. Combined with my background in personal training, this allows me to adapt exercise programs to suit individual needs.

My approach is designed to complement Chiropractic care by supporting patients beyond treatment, using targeted strength and movement work to help them return to work, sport, and daily life with greater resilience.

Client Endorsement

“My experience during personal training sessions with Anna has been nothing short of transformative. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand my goals,
limitations, and strengths. Each session is thoughtfully
designed to challenge me while also ensuring proper form and technique. I leave every session feeling accomplished, stronger, and more confident in my abilities.” - Nia.
